Abstract
This Decree-Law amends articles: 3, 4, 7-11, 13, 14, 17 and 21 of Decree-Law No. 93/90 (creating the National Ecological Reserve - REN). It concerns competence, composition and duties of ministerial authority for establishing REN's delimitation along coastal and river basin zones as well as for regulating protected zones. It also establishes controls to be carried out by National Park Services under the Ministry of Environment.
