Abstract
This Decree-Law implements Decree-Law No. 348/88 establishing plant protection measures in order to avoid the dissemination of harmful agents by plants originating from third countries. It annexes a new chapter 6 dealing with the requirements to be satisfied for plant trading according to the Schengen Agreement.
