A Decree-Law establishes an exceptional regime for public works contracts, the supply of goods and the acquisition of services, when they are aimed at repairing damage caused by floods and cleaning and clearing water lines in the Tagus river basin. This Decree-Law specifies that the Ministries of Environment and Agriculture shall grant such a regime through a national competition.
