Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes sanitary measures for cattle breeding and rearing as well as importation requirements from third countries. It consists of 5 articles laying down sanitary procedures, fees to be paid to national authorities in order to obtain a licence, controls to be carried out and sanctions for offenders.
