Abstract
This Decree-Law regulates the management of waste (collection, storage, transport, treatment and processing). It is composed of 5 chapters dealing with the requirements to be satisfied for such activity. It also establishes competent authorities for carrying out controls, prescribes taxes to be paid and sanctions for offenders.
