Abstract
This Decree-Law creates the National Ecological Reserve (REN). It consists of 10 articles defining coastal zones, listing all different areas to be included in such protected reserve. This Decree-Law also specifies competencies and duties of National Ecological Reserve Services which are responsible for guaranteeing the fulfilment of this legislation, promoting protecting measures on such area, mapping the aforementioned zone, etc.
