Abstract
This Decree-Law is composed of 11 articles. It introduces in the national legal order several EC Directives dealing with the Positive Community List (PCL) of active substances. Accordingly, it amends Annex one of Decree-Law No. 94/98 establishing technical regulations for pesticide trade. Particular attention is paid to plant protection products lacking authorization requirements and to the revision of several authorizations of certain active substances.
