Abstract
This Decree-Law is composed of eight articles and one Annex. It amends several articles and provides a consolidated version of Decree-Law No. 270/2001 of 6 October 2001 ruling on research and exploration of mineral quarries. The Annex is composed of 11 Chapters divided in 68 articles and seven annexes. It applies to development and exploitation of mineral masses, including research and exploration. In particular, it regulates licenses and licensing procedures.
