Abstract
This Decree-Law regulates wine and beverages labelling requirements. It consists of 9 articles specifying the conditions to be satisfied by labels in order to place on the market of oenological products. The Wine Institution (I.V.V.) is the entitled authority to enforce the legislation and to carry out controls on the aforementioned sector.
