Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the requirements to be met by packaging in order to prevent environmental pollution. It consists of 4 articles and 2 Annexes specifying the standards to be satisfied by packaging according to the provisions established by Decree-Law No. 366-A/97 of 20 December. Annex 1 lists composition of these packages to be re-used and recycled. Annex 2 establishes criteria and methods to be applied for the construction of these products.
