Abstract
This Decree-Law prescribes protection measures for the wild holly plant species within the territory under Portuguese jurisdiction. It consists of 5 articles establishing the requirements to be met in order to prohibit the collecting of this said plant species. Control on the enforcement of this prohibition shall be under the General Directorate of Forestry. Fines to be paid by offenders are established in the text.
