Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes that controls on the exploitation of seaweed shall be the competence of the State Fisheries Secretariat. Such Authority shall be supported by the organization representatives of underwater working of seaweed taking (TASA). Collecting shall be practised during fixed seasons (art. 3); floating aquatic plants and those transported to the coast by the sea, may be taken at any time (art. 4).
