This Decree-Law establishes a program for improving treatment and marketing conditions of fishery and aquaculture products. It consists of 15 articles specifying the requirements to be met for obtaining financial incentive in this sector. It also lays down composition, duties and competencies of authorities responsible for granting such incentives, carrying out controls, promoting the coordination on fishing activity, etc.
