Decree-Law No. 45 576 establishing marketing regime for marine plants.

This Decree-Law establishes marketing regime for marine plants' exploitation. It consists of 10 articles laying down competencies and duties of national authority for granting marine plant collecting permit. It also specifies plant exportation requirements, controls to be carried out and sanctions to be paid by offenders.
