Abstract
This Decree-Law regulates marine plants' collection. It consists of 23 articles and 2 annexes specifying the requirements to be met for obtaining marine plants' collecting permit. It also specifies conditions, season, etc. to be satisfied in order to perform such activity, controls to be carried out and sanctions to be paid by offenders. Annex I lists in detail every different plant species. Annex II lists plant collecting permit costs.
