Abstract
This Decree-Law amends several articles of Decree-Law No. 151-B/2013 on the legal regime regulating environmental impact assessment to be applied for significant effects caused by certain public and private projects on the environment. Amendments deal with administrative and legal regime, necessary information to be issued by competent authorities and other relevant matters.
