Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes food packaging and labelling requirements. It consists of 31 articles and 2 annexes specifying the said requirements for food placing on the market (including: standards, ingredients, date of production, food additives, weight, etc.). This Decree-Law regulates packaged and pre-packaged product trade destined to human consumption. Detailed information to be displaid on the labels are specified in the text. Annexes specify a list of detailed food ingredients and additives.
