Abstract
This Decree-Law implements the Commission Directive (EU) 2015/559 amending Council Directive 96/98/EC on maritime equipment to being manufactured or marketed in the national territory or being installed on national vessels, and proceeds to the second amendment to Decree-Law No. 167/99 of 18 May. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings related to competent authority to notify and authorise the above mentioned maritime equipment.
