Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes rules for controlling hormone residues in animals. It consists of 21 articles and 1 annex specifying conditions for using substances with hormonal and tyrostatic effect for livestock. It establishes animal trading and slaughtering requirements, as well as responsible authorities and methods for carrying out controls on such residues. Chapter 5 lists controls and sanctions to be paid by offenders. Annex lists such substances (including with hormonal and tyrostatic effect).
