Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 20 articles, creates the the National Institute for Agricultural and Veterinary Research (so called INIAV). It establishes competencies, duties and composition of the aforementioned administration, the aim of whose is to carry out research, perform and control any activity in order to improve the agricultural development and the veterinary system.
