Abstract
This Decree-Law makes the first amendment to Decree-Law No. 92/2013 of 11 July which defines the operating and management system for multi-municipal systems for the collection, treatment and distribution of water for public consumption, the collection, treatment and rejection of effluents and the collection and treatment of solid waste, referred to as multi-municipal systems. Amendments deal with new administrative and legal requirements for multi-municipal systems.
