Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 4 articles and 11 annexes, approves the Regulation for noise emissions into the Environment by outdoor equipment according to Directive 2000/14/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors. The Regulation (in the annexes) specifies the requirements to be satisfied by outdoor equipment in order to regulate noise emission in the environment.
