Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 6 articles, regulates the financial implementation of the Programme for Veterinary Measures. It establishes the rules governing physical and financial implementation of this Programme, which main objectives are: the animal disease eradication plan and the epidemiological surveillance of animal diseases. In addition, it establishes executing agencies and areas of intervention under the General Directorate of Food and Veterinary (DGAV) within the continental territory.
