Abstract
This Decree-Law prescribes the conditions for the labelling of foodstuffs (national or foreign, pre-packaged or not) at the point of supply to the ultimate consumer, together with rules governing their presentation and advertising. The provisions also apply to foodstuffs for restaurants, hotels, hospitals, canteens, etc. Offences and penalties are specified.
