Decree No. 7/81 regulating production, collection and trade of milk.

This Decree regulates production, collection and trade of milk. It establishes sanitary procedures for production, transport and placing on the market of fresh and treated milk, requirements to be satisfied by collecting establishments and quality standards of this products. Controls to enforce the legislation on milk shall be carried out by competent authorities (SCOM). Sanctions for illegal activities are specified in the text.
