Abstract
This Law amends Law No. 56/2018 on the independent technical observatory for assessing, monitoring and evaluating forest and rural fires occurring in the national territory. Amendments establish that the members of the observatory shall be treated as a first-level superior officer for remuneration purposes. The observatory's administrative, logistical and financial support is provided by the services to be provided by the Assembly of the Republic, including the remuneration of its members.
