Abstract
This Law approves measures to combat corruption and makes the 1st amendment to Law No. 5/2002 of 11 January, the 17th amendment to the general tax law and the 3rd amendment to Law No. 4/83 of 2 April. It establishes that a database of powers of attorney is created within the Ministry of Justice, with mandatory registration containing powers to transfer ownership of properties, to be regulated by the Government within 90 days from the date of entry into force of the this law. The report referred to in article 14 of Law No. 17/2006 of 23 May, approving the Framework Law on Criminal Policy, must contain a specific part relating to crimes associated with corruption.
