Abstract
This Law, consisting of three Chapters, establishes the regime of criminal responsibility for crimes of corruption committed in international trade and in private activity. Chapter 1 deals with General provisions; Chapter 2 specifies active and passive corruption crimes and related offences and penalties; Chapter 3 provides final and transitional provisions.
