Abstract
The Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries hereby approves the regulation on the production and trade of plants, propagative material, flowers and ornamental plants (excluding export of propagative material to third countries). This Order is divided into 6 Chapters dealing with necessary requirements for plant propagative material quality control, according to national phytosanitary legislation, especially with respect to legislation on intra-EU trade. Three lists regarding flower species (Annex 1), flower varieties and quality standards (Annex 2), harmful organisms and specific diseases (Annex 3) are annexed to the text.
