Order No. 1068/95 establishing sanitary procedures for the producing and placing on the market of milk and treated milk.

This Order establishes sanitary procedures concerning the production and placing on the market of fresh and treated milk. It consists of the amendments to the Annexes of Order No. 533/93 regulating the collecting and exploitation procedures of fresh milk to be treated, the requirements to be satisfied by collecting establishments and the quality standards of this products.
