Abstract
This Order amends the conditions for inland water fishing, defining authorised species to be caught for recreational, sporting and professional fishing, which species are compulsorily prohibited and seized, what fishing periods are authorized for each species and related size of capture, which species are susceptible to be released and also the aquatic species considered of relevant importance. Amendments deal with specific fishing activity and fish species requirements, such as: the compulsory order to release to the water the species of carp (Cyprinus carpio) and all species of barbel (Luciobarbus sp.) Larger than 65 cm, caught during the nocturnal carp fishing in free waters, in the slow waters. In the context of international sport fishing, it is permitted to return surviving species to waters when requested and authorized by ICNF, I.P.
