Abstract
This Order defines the governance and functioning structure of the National Common Agricultural Policy Network (RNPAC), as provided for in article 52 and in article 69, both of Decree-Law No. 5/2023, under the Common Agricultural Policy Strategic Plan (PEPAC). RNPAC’s objectives are: a) Increase member involvement in the implementation of PEPAC, in a context of transition to a performance-based model; b) Contribute to informing the public and potential beneficiaries of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) about financing opportunities; c) Promote innovation in agriculture and rural development and support inclusion and interaction between all interested parties in the process of knowledge construction and exchange; d) Contribute to the monitoring, evaluation and dissemination of PEPAC results. RNPAC's scope of intervention covers the entire national territory and integrates stakeholders from the Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation System (AKIS).
