Order No. 109/2021 approving the model of the temporary registration certificate of ships covered by Decree-Law No. 96/89.

This Order approves the model for the temporary registration certificate of ships covered by Decree-Law No. 96/89 of 28 March, reprinted by Law No. 56/2020 of 27 August. Annexes list down the following certificates. The certificate is issued in electronic copy and, at the request of the applicant, in hard copy. The model of the temporary registration certificate, in electronic copy, is approved, issued after the respective temporary registration, as shown in Annex I. The model of the temporary registration certificate, in hard copy, issued after the registration is approved, after temporary registration, as set out in Annex II.
