Order No. 1103-B/2001 introducing adjustments on the application of some actions and sub actions of the AGRIS measure in regional operational programmes.

This Order, composed of 12 articles, introduces adjustments on the application of some actions and sub actions foreseen in the AGRIS measure, with the aim of clarifying some uncertainties occurred in the application of AGRIS regional operational programmes. In particular, the Order amends: (1) art. 8 of Order No. 1109-E/2000; (2) articles No. 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 16 and 17 of the Regulation implementing Sub action No. 3.1 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 1109-G/2000; (3) articles 1, 4, 5, 12 and 16 of the Regulation implementing Sub action No. 3.2 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 1109-C/2000; (4) articles 1, 3 and 5 of the Regulation implementing Sub action No. 3.3 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 1109-H/2000; (5) articles 1, 6, 10 and 17 of the Regulation implementing Sub action No. 3.5 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 51/2001; (6) articles 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 of the Regulation implementing Sub action No. 4.1 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 53/2001; (7) article 16 of the Regulation implementing Sub action No. 4.2 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 49/2001; (8) articles 5, 18 and Annex I of the Regulation implementing Action No. 5 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 1109-F/2000; (9) articles 5 and 6 of the Regulation implementing Sub action No. 6.1 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 1109-I/2000; (10) articles 7 and 8 of the Regulation implementing Action No. 7 of AGRIS Measure approved in the Order No. 48/2001.
