Order No. 114/2014 regulating activities of authorised National fishing vessels to protect ecosystem from the adverse impacts of fishing activity.

This Order, consisting of six articles and one Annex, establishes the requirements to be satisfied by authorized National fishing vessels to operate in the area specified by coordinates in the Annex. The objectives of this Order aim at: specifying authorised fishing methods, promoting sustainable management and exploitation of marine biological resources; protecting biodiversity, marine ecosystems, vulnerable and other natural values​​; preserving the seabed of the adverse impacts the fishing activity; contributing to the collection of information on vulnerable marine ecosystems.
