Order No. 129/2014 amending the Regulation for financial support to the fisheries sector related to the Operational Fisheries Programme 2007-2013 (PROMAR).

This Order amends the Regulation for financial support to the fisheries sector related to the Operational Fisheries Programme 2007-2013 (PROMAR). Amendments establish new requirements to be satisfied to benefit from such financial support, such as: essential equipment to the implementation project, period of employment of property to the project, with exception of those who have already been the subject of public assistance; holding directly linked to the project, including personnel costs, salaries and compulsory social security; the scientific work related to the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of the project; etc.
