Abstract
This Order amends articles 1, 4, 7, 10-14 and 21 of the Regulation implementing sub action No. 3.4 “ Prevention of Biotic and Abiotic Risk Agents” of action 3 “Management and ecological forestry sustainable development” under the Agricultural and Rural Development Measure (AGRIS) approved by Order No. 327/2003 of 21 April 2003. It is Composed of 3 articles and 1 Annex republishing the consolidated version of the sub action 3.4 implementing Regulation.
