Abstract
This Order, consisting of 30 articles divided into six Chapters and five Annexes, establishes the application regime for action No. 4.0.1 "Investments in forestry products identified as agricultural products in Annex I to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU)" and Action No. 4.0.2 "Investments in forest products not identified as agricultural in Annex I to the TFEU", both included in Measure 4 "Enhancement of forestry resources" of the Mainland Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020). The financial support provided for will pursue the following objectives: a) strengthen the productive capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises in the forestry sector; b) foster the modernization of the business entrepreneurship of the forestry sector.
