Order No. 152/2017 amending the complementary national rules for the application of the National Apicultural Programme (NAP) for 2017-2019.

This Order establishes the first amendment of Order No. 286-A/2016 on the complementary national rules for the application of the National Apicultural Programme (NAP) for 2017-2019. Amendments deal with administrative and legal adjustments, in particular with regard to access conditions, selection criteria and approval procedures for applications. The opportunity was also taken to correct the lapses detected in the meantime and to clarify the drafting of some precepts, in order to avoid interpretative doubts. Amended Annex III specifies the amounts of financial aid under Measure 1-A 'Technical assistance services for apiculture'.
