Abstract
This Order, consisting of 9 articles and two Annexes, recognizes as a Geographical Indication (GI) the designation “Terras da Beira”, which may be used for the identification of white, red or rosé, sparkling and aromatic quality wines. It specifies all the requirements to be satisfied by this wines in order to be classified as “Terras da Beira” products. Annexes specify: Geographical area of production of the «Terras da Beira» wines; and Varieties suitable for wine production with GI «Terras da Beira».
