Abstract
This Order, consisting of 3 Chapters and 5 Annexes, regulates the recognition of agricultural and forestry producer organizations and their associations. It implements in the National territory Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and marketing organizations of forest products, referred to as producer organizations, sectors and products listed in Annex I. This Order also establishes the rules for the recognition of producer groups, while transitory structures, sectors and products listed in Annex V. Any legal entity requesting recognition should comply with the requirements specified in the text.
