Order No. 189/2017 establishing the second amendment to Order No. 201/2015 on the operation regime of activity 3.4.2, "improvement of existing irrigation efficiency.

This Order establishes the second amendment of Order No. 201/2015, amended by Order No. 249/2016, which establishes the regime for the application of operation No. 3.4.2, 'Improving the efficiency of existing irrigation systems', inserted in action No. 3.4 'Collective infrastructures', of measure 3 'Valorisation of agricultural production', integrated in area 2 'Competitiveness and organization of Production' of the Mainland Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020). Amendments deal with specific issues, such as: the procedures for issuing or renewing the water resources use title, the status of bodies of water, underground or surface, identified in the relevant river basin management plan; requirements for applications which concerns studies or projects must fulfill specific obligations.
