Abstract
This Order, consisting of 14 articles and 1 Annex, approves the Regulation to Support Temporary cessation of sardine siege fishing activity. This Regulation establishes a system of financial support for temporary cessation of sardine seine fishing activities, which benefits the owners of licensed fishing vessels covered by the Plan Adjustment of Fishing Effort. The Annex specifies the amount of financial compensation to be issued to seine fishing closed season.
