Abstract
This Order, consisting of 20 articles divided into three Chapters and two Annexes, establishes the implementation of support 6.2.2, 'Restoring potential productivity', inserted in action 6.2 'Prevention and restoration of potential productivity', of measure 6 'Risk management and restoration of potential productivity of the Mainland Rural Development Programme (PDR 2020). The support provided for in this Order is intended to restore the conditions of production of agricultural holdings affected by officially recognized natural disasters, adverse climate or catastrophic events. Individual or legal persons whose agricultural holdings suffered declines in their agricultural potential as a result of natural disasters, adverse climatic events or officially recognized catastrophic events may benefit from the support provided for in this Order.
