Abstract
This Order, consisting of 16 articles divided into two Chapters, establishes the regime for the application of the “Technical Assistance” measure of the Rural Development Programme of the Mainland (PDR 2020). The Measure "Technical Assistance" of the PDR 2020 aims to support activities related to the development of PDR 2020, namely those related to management, monitoring, evaluation, control and communication, with the objective of supporting the functioning of the National Rural Network (RRN). This Order establishes the conditions of access and the general rules of financing by the EAFRD to the Measure "Technical Assistance" of the PDR 2020, provided for in Article 59 of Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December, which establishes provisions common to the European Structural Investment Funds (ESIF), in conjunction with the provisions of Article 51 of Regulation (EU) No. 1305/2013, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December, on support rural development by the EAFRD.
