Abstract
This Order repeals the system of animal collection, transport and slaughtering established by Order 147-A/97 and specifies the sanitary procedure to be applied for animal health. It consists of 13 articles regulating slaughtering procedures to be applied under the competence of the Regional Direction of Agriculture (DRA) entitled to carry out controls on animals destined to sanitary slaughtering in order to prevent animal disease and issue financial compensations.
