Abstract
This Order approves the Regulation, consisting of 14 articles and 1 Annex, which establishes the prohibition of trawl fishing for licensed vessels using the mesh size between 55-59 mm for a period of 30 days and regulates the Scheme to Support Temporary cessation of fishing activities of Southern White Hake and Crawfish. This Regulation establishes, in accordance with the provisions of Annex II B of Regulation (EU) No 39/2013, the Council of January 21, and Table the Recovery Plan for Southern White Hake and Crawfish approved by Regulation (EC) No 2166/2005, the Council of December 20, a support scheme for temporary cessation of fishing activities shipowners and fishing vessels covered by the Plan Adjustment of Fishing Effort for the above mentioned aquatic species.
