Order No. 220/96 of 19 June 1996, by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, regulating the granting of incentives to agricultural organizations and farmers associations.

In compliance with EU Regulations No. 1035/72 of 18 May, No. 1360/78 of 19 July and No. 746/93 of 14 May, the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries establishes a regime of incentives for agricultural organizations and associations. The purposes of this Decree are: promoting the constitution of agricultural organizations and associations; making the administration more efficient; adapting agricultural products to the demands of the market, etc. It also deals with the conditions required in order to benefit from incentives, the terms of such incentives, and the organizations which are not eligible (arts. 3-5).
