Order No. 24/2015 establishing the implementing regime of Measure 9: "Maintaining agricultural activity in disadvantaged areas" of the Rural Development Programme in Continent, PDR 2020.

This Order, consisting of four Chapters and two Annexes, establishes the implementing regime of Measure 9: "Maintaining agricultural activity in disadvantaged areas" of the Rural Development Programme in Continental Portugal (PDR 2020). This Order establishes the measures aiming at the following objectives: partially compensating farmers for the additional costs and loss of income resulting from natural constraints related to agricultural activity in disadvantaged areas; contributing to the maintenance of rural landscapes and the promotion of sustainable farming systems; promoting the economic development of rural areas and territorial cohesion, combating desertification of disadvantaged areas.
