Order No. 247/2014 establishing the fees payable for greenhouse gas emission licence within the European Union.

This Order, consisting of 5 articles, establishes the values of the fees due after the analysis of gas emissions and data monitoring plan based on tons-kilometers, in accordance with Article 27 of Decree Law No. 93/2010 of 27 July. The above mentioned values are the following: a) Approval of plans for operators with annual emissions of less than 25 kilotonnes of carbon dioxide: € 260; b) Approval of plans for operators with annual emissions equal to or greater than 25 kilotonnes of carbon dioxide: € 1,820; paid by the applicant within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the billing document issued by the APA, IP.
